Site Migration from CWP to cPanel

Hi. I need to migrate some Centos Web Panel (CWP) sites to cPanel, but I get an error: RESTORE: "Advisory" Account: Account Restore Failed: "Failed to Extract File at" /root/cpmove-advisual.tar.gz ": _normalize_extracted_archive: The extracted file does not contain a valid cpanel user file." I generated a FULL BACKUP and the file is called "cpmove-Advisual.tar.gz" Algu"m pode me ajudar?

  Did you manually generate this backup and name it cpmove or does CWP allow the method to create a cpmove backup file? The reason being that the cpmove file is specific to cPanel accounts.   I changed the name manually. CWP generated a backup called advisual.tar.gz and I tried to restore that way and it didn't work! So manually I changed it to cpmove-advisual.tar.gz and it didn't work either. Any suggestion?

  I'd suggest using the link I provided in my previous response as a guide to moving the accounts between servers. Let me know if you have any questions in regard to it, you are also welcome to open a ticket if you'd like some further assistance with the migration. Thanks!

  Hi, the guide you sent me looks good. But doing so on more than 30 accounts will be a lot of work. Do you suggest any other alternatives for this?

  I don't have alternatives, except that we do offer migration assistance from unsupported panels to cPanel and I know that we'd be more than happy to assist you with this if you'd like to open a ticket.
