How to proceed with infected clients connecting to mail server?
Hello everyone, I have a dedicated server with multiple accounts with WHM. Everything is fine. Lastly, one of my clients with a cPanel account have been sending multiple emails with spam from their infected PCs connecting through SMTP.
My question is, how do you proceed? You just block the account, help them with support(out of contract but good for customer experience), you help them desinfecting their machines? Please I want to know your opinions.

Change the email account password and send client a link to a good av solution. We suggest Eset. Withokd email password until client reports systems are cleaned. 0 -
