Cpanel with Active Directory Intergration

Is there any open source that can integrate email creation. For example one you I created user in AD, it will send command to Cpanel/WHM for email creation. I know this can be done wiht enterprise solution such Okta. Is there any open source solution that I can study out there? I tried Keycloak but I'm getting nowhere. Thanks in advance
