How to create superuser for phpmyadmin

Hello, I'm creating a database recurrent event. When I try to set the "Event scheduler status" to ON, I receive this error : I get this error: Access denied; you need (at least one of) the SUPER privilege(s) for this operation
When i created the user and assigned it to the database in cPanel, I check all privileges, any idea how to upgrade the user to superuser ? Thank you
