Error: File cannot write on disk | WP, FTP, HOSTING

Urgent help needed: We are facing problem with clearing swap-memory through command prompt via cpanel. Our Swap memory is 100% and needs to be cleared, due to which is putting a lot of weight on our hosting and I am unable to upload/make changes in any file in the hosting. We have tried all the swapin and swapout commands, it says either directory not find or access denied. If anybody knows how can we suppose to clear swap-memory from web-hosting, kindly help us.
