Warming up a new IP address

We are moving to a new host, before doing so, I configured the new IP address as a smarthost in cpanel. Yahoo gave me grief, now it's happy, however we are still having trouble with Google delaying many messages 10-15 hours, I understand why they are doing it and truth be told we do similar shenanigans with greylisting. But, still have this issue where our messages are being seriously delayed, is there a way to use something like /etc/staticroutes to deliver 1/3 of the google traffic via the new address, then slowly increase the deliveries as Google gets more comfortable with our server? BTW: SPF & DKIM are fine and verified via port25 & mail-tester.

  There is nothing native to cPanel that would facilitate this behavior, you can System Administration Services
