Did you recently uninstall imunify360 or cancel the license? This issue is occurring because the imunify360 configuration file is being included in the apache configuration on line 32 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec2.conf
If you removed Imunify or you no longer have the license you'll need to remove the corresponding line from the modsec2.conf

Thank you so much for answering. I installed Immunify360 again. The error still continues.

Hello, Can you tell me if the following exists: /etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec_vendor_configs/imunify360_full_apache/000_i360_0.conf

Hi @jeanbtech When you reinstalled imunify did you get imunify360 (the paid version) or imunifyAV (the free version) If you just got the free version you'll need to either purchase the paid version again or remove that line referencing the directory and file in /etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec2.conf

Hi @cPanelLauren I have the paid version, I have the immunify360 version. I do not use the free version Immunify + AV.

Hi @jeanbtech The file should have been automatically recreated when you installed imunify again. Can you run the following and let me know if it adds that file and if it resolves the issue? imunify360-agent install-vendors
This is noted in their documentation for instances where you install mod_security after imunify - Hosting Panels Firewall Rulesets Specific Settings | Documentation But I believe it will add the necessary files/data in this instance.

Hello, Can you show me the output of the following: ls -lah /etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec_vendor_configs/
Namely I'm looking to see if the directory exists and if it's renamed (sometimes renamed with .bk at the end when imunify is removed. If it does exist you should be able to rename the directory and the issue should be resolved once the directory and file exist. If it does not exist I'd be curious to see what the output of the following is: imunify360-agent install-vendors
