    Hello, Connection refused generally indicates that there was an issue connecting to the site. This is typically the result of an incorrect firewall configuration. Are you using a firewall software such as iptables? Can you copy and paste the permissions for the public_html here? Typically the correct permission for that file should be UID: user GID: nobody

    Till now not configure anything in firewall, Another thing is firewall is not running.
