mail problem character only in object

Hello, everyone! First of all, I apologize in advance for my English. So here I am, explaining my problem to you and hoping that you could help me. Since today, I have a problem of character not recognized only in the subject of the mail. I have done several tests and the problem comes only from the emails I send from my local domain to my local domain. Example : MAIL@mydomain.com to XXX.mydomain.com : problem (object : Confirmation de pr""commande) MAIL@mydomain.com to XXX.otherdomain.com : No problem (object : Confirmation de pr"commande). Do you have any idea where the problem might come from? I am on a WHM in version 84.0.8 hosted in microsoft azure on centos 7.7.1908 Thank you in advance

  What is the output provided in the exim logs? You can find them at /var/log/exim_mainlog

  Do you have charset in mail headers? Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8"
