cPanel Email Default Email Account Storage
Hi there,
I am new to webdesign/wordpress/cpanel and am trying to make room in our file manager. When I go into the default email account there are not any messages, however apparently that default email account is taking up 2,168.70 MB.
Does anyone have any clues how I can clear this?
Getting desperate ! Thank you,
Kelly

Hi Lauren Thanks so much for answering my question - I have tried this, but it says 0 items? yet this is the size the emails are supposedly using?0 -
Hi @kelly robson In this case it would seem that there's something off with the calculations - you can view the contents of /home/$user/mail using the file manager as well - in this case when you go to file manager you'd just look for the "mail" directory To troubleshoot the disk space issues your provider would need to be notified of this. 0 -
