Hi Lauren Thanks so much for answering my question - I have tried this, but it says 0 items? yet this is the size the emails are supposedly using?

Hi @kelly robson In this case it would seem that there's something off with the calculations - you can view the contents of /home/$user/mail using the file manager as well - in this case when you go to file manager you'd just look for the "mail" directory To troubleshoot the disk space issues your provider would need to be notified of this.
