Hello, Are the sites being pointed to an IP address that is separate from the main shared IP of the server?

I found something interesting. this only happens if the website on cloudflare. when i turned cloudflare off it redirect to defaultwebpage.cgi normally! so why Cloudflare redirects to another website on the server not to defaultwebpage.cgi and how can i prevent it from happening? if someone setup his domain on Cloudflare and point it to my main shared ip address so he can be redirected and see one of the active cpanel websites on the server?

That behavior is most likely related to CloudFlare's use of IPv6 or if they're forcing https it would load the first Virtualhost in the apache configuration- I believe the workaround for this posted in the following thread may be useful for you
