cPanel Server SSL certificate using Cloudflare DNS

Hi Everyone, The server fails to acquire a signed SSL certificate from cPanel because it was unable to verify the domain. The thing the server's domain DNS is managed on cloudflare, and cpanel is creating records on cpanel dns servers to verify the server's domain. These records have no effect ofcurse because the servers are not authorative for the domain. My question is, how to get the validation without having to change the name server to cpanel and switch back to cloudflare when certificate is issued?
