How to find IP address who viewed and uploaded file in my server

I want to check my server status that whoever login my server and viewed my file. I want to find from which IP address my index file uploaded recently. any one can help me to find this things?

  Cpanel does log all HTTP traffic to WHM, webmail, and cPanel access. All cPanel logs are located in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs directory.

  Hello, You can find these logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_logs
