Anyone here from Flump.net?

Hi, Is anyone here from flump.net? I am having trouble getting in to cPanel as I had to get a replacement PC. I have tried to reset the password about 5 hours ago but as yet I have not received the email with the security code. I need to get into cPanel as Ineed to update some pages on my site. Thanks, Gerald
