WHM and WHMCS issues - new user
Good day,
I'm new to the community and desperately need help. I run a small hosting business as a reseller. I have set up products in WHMCS which works well. My challenges are around new additional products (reseller products) I added recently.
When I run a test, by purchasing a reseller product, the domain automatically gets suspended. When I unsuspend the domain, I get the following error message: "Permission denied: You do not have the required privileges to run "unsuspendreseller". Both suspend and unsuspend options are not working. Additionally, I am able to get on the cpanel. However, I'm unable to login to WHM. I get the following error message: "the login is invalid". From client area, I also get the following error message: "Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support." Password are correct.
What might cause the issues? Please help - I'm desparate.

@quietFinn is correct, this is something your provider needs to assist with, it sounds like there are some issues with the reseller permissions your account has been assigned. 0
