Multiple Servers to Host Websites
Hello,
I have this general query that came into my mind lately. I researched online and here on Cpanel, but can't find a proper solution.
I am thinking about setting below things.
1. 4 nameservers, updated on a domain.
2. 4 Different Dedicated servers.
ns1.domain.com pointing to Dedi 1.
ns2.domain.com pointing to Dedi 2
ns3.domain.com pointing to Dedi 3
ns4.domain.com pointing to Dedi 4
Now, I need to know..
1. When changes are made to a website, will they get updated on all 4 servers simultaneously?
2. If Dedi 1 goes down, will the site still be accessible from other Dedis which are working fine?
Waiting for your responses.

This won't work without some form of synchronization. What you're looking for specifically is failover. This isn't somethign currently supported by cPanel though some have configured this manually. I'd suggest reading the following threads for more information: And the feature request as follows:0 -

You will need to sync the web files, databases ,apache +php configuration to all servers to get this working. For LoadBalancing you can use simple DNS Round Robin Load balancing which provide HA or use a DNS-Loadbalancer or a HTTP LoadBalancer, all of which provide HA 0
