  I was just able to login on my phone, using 4glte, but not on my laptop on wifi, should I try a wired connection?

  I'm not sure I understand the confusion here, you need to contact the provider that you are paying for the hosting account. They have access to the server and can unblock you.

  This is because your phone on 4g uses an entirely different IP address
