Hello, Can you clarify what this means?
but then displays the Subject rejection message.

    What's the error specifically?
    • On the problematic PC what version of IE are you using?
      • Does it differ from the version you use elsewhere?
      • Are you using Internet Explorer or edge which is Microsoft's replacement for IE?
    • Are there addons installed?
      • To check from IE go to Tools >> Select Manage add-ons >>Under Show >> All add-ons
      • If you do find that there are addons installed I would suggest first disabling them all then trying to navigate to WHM again.
    • Are you running an antivirus on the problematic PC?
    • Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

"Subject error" is the error mentioned in the Post's Subject/Title: "This page can"t be displayed" Windows 7 Professional -- no recent updates Using IE 11, same as wife's laptop, same as work PC (where problem does not appear) -- uninstalled and reinstalled, still no joy Addons? -- I'll have to check, I don't think so... PC is at local repair shop for them to take a look Antivirus and firewall disabled Everything I can think of to clear has been cleared. Beginning to think there's malware on my cPanel server. Several strange things happening there also - like the script to restart spamassassin has disappeared.

If you think you may have malware I'd advise enlisting the assistance of a qualified system administrator to investigate further. If you don't have one you might find one here: System Administration Services
