Which functions should be disabled in PHP.ini. And how I disable in cloudlinux/cpanel ?

  You should be able to edit the disable_functions for the version of PHP you're working with at WHM>>Software>>MultiPHP INI Editor -> Editor Mode If you're using PHP-FPM this is a bit more complicated : Configuration Values of PHP-FPM - Version 84 Documentation - cPanel Documentation
