cpsrvd shows as pending

Hello, I installed a fresh cPanel with the following blue print:

• cPanel Dedicated
• CoudLinux
• Imunify360
• OSM
• CSF
• Litespeed
• Jetbackup
• Lets Encyrpt for cPanel

Now, everything is installed and configured just like any other server I did in the past. The problem is that, after adding a new disk on the server, I rebooted it. Now cpsrvd shows "Pending" I have three questions and I would appreciate if you could share your knowledge with me:

• What is the state pending? (back in the days there were only either down or up)
• When a service is in status "Pending" is it actually out-out or it can still be utilized?
• How can I debug why is it in this state?

  Hello, Can you show me how you're getting that cPsrvd is in the pending state? What happens when you run the following: /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd

  Hello, Actually, I'm not sure why the "pending" state was occurring for cpsrvd as it isn't something I'd seen before, my assumption is that the process was halted abruptly during the restart. Anything sitting in a pending state would not be usable.

  Sir I also have this issue from many days, I didn't find a solution to fix it. I tried running /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd but it will resolve for sometime but after sometime it is again showing pending. I am tried off sir ! Please help, I ran ps aux | grep cpsrvd and got this output - root 900527 0.0 0.0 17144 1536 ? Service Status cpanel (/usr/local/cpanel/cpsrvd --llu=1595340213 --listen=3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 --accepted=14) is running as root with PID 900527 (systemd+/proc check method). Startup Log Jul 21 18:03:45 server.myhostname.net systemd[1]: Starting cPanel services...
