I am struggling to link my submit button on my website to my email address. There is no contact-me.html or contact.html folder in my cPanel. Please is there anyone that can direct me on how to create the contact.html file as well as link it to my email address? Looking forward to your replies :)

  You'd need to add this, it's not something that would be present automatically. If you're using a CMS most of them have plugins for this.

  HTML will not send an email. You need PHP or another programming language to send emails from the server.

  As was stated you need PHP to process and send the email. You may want to look into PHPMailer to help set that up.
