Filesystem quotas are currently disabled

I use proxmox CT and I can install cPanel On LXC but I give this message in WHM: Filesystem quotas are currently disabled. Click to enable... my container doesn't have /etc/fstab and when I run /scripts/fixquotas, nothing happens. Can the problem be solved?

  Are you using Proxmox? If so you have to shut down the VM, go into the devices, open the disk and check the box that says to enable quotas.

  I am ignoring this yellow banner because I don't need to impose quotas on my own websites. I assume this is not a problem.
