Character not from source char set

Hello, I recently got this error when I tried to edit a file. Character not from source char set: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/API/Fileman.pm line 781. Does anyone know how I can access this file? Because I can't find it in the file manager. Thank you very much!

  Hello, Typically this is due to the encoding of the file. What is the output of the following when run over the CLI? file /path/to/file/toedit.php
  In most cases, the resolution is to uncheck "Disable Character Encoding Verification Dialogs" in the settings at the top right hand corner of the File Manager.

  Thank you very much! In addition to that, I managed to find the error, I had a character that the file did not accept: a magnifying glass.
