hello my dear friends in upgrade whm from v82.0.17 to 84 i have the blow [2019-12-11 12:34:29 +0330] cPanel update completed [2019-12-11 12:34:29 +0330] A log of this update is available at /var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1576054949.log [2019-12-11 12:34:29 +0330] Removing upcp pidfile [2019-12-11 12:34:29 +0330] W NOTE: A system upgrade was not possible due to the following blockers: [2019-12-11 12:34:29 +0330] W [FATAL] - Cannot upgrade to 11.84.0.17 until needed system RPMs are installed. => Log closed Wed Dec 11 12:34:29 2019 i Do this: Open the /etc/yum.conf file with a text editor and remove the required package from the exclude line. For example: exclude=bind-chroot courier* dovecot* exim* filesystem httpd* mod_ssl* mydns* mysql* nsd* perl* php* proftpd* pure-ftpd* ruby* spamassassin* squirrelmail* and: Rebuild the RPM database in WHM's Rebuild RPM Database interface (WHM >> Home >> Software >> Rebuild RPM Database). Run the /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_and_fix_rpm_issues command.

    Hello, This doesn't seem to include the output that indicates the package that was unable to be installed. Was /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_and_fix_rpm_issues

    This portion of the log file still does not contain the specific portion that failed, just the end of the log file that notes there was an error. At this point, it may be easiest if you open a ticket so our analysts can look into the issue further.     Hello, Can you provide the entire log file as an attachment (first remove any identifying information such as IP addresses or domain names)? What is the output of the following: /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --long-list --fix

    In some cases I've seen this occur as a result of setting the SSH client to a different language and the output would lead me to believe this could be the issue: LANGUAGE = (unset), LC_ALL = (unset),
    If that is the case the following may be helpful: 1) Stop the client from forwarding the locale to the server 2) Stop the server from accepting the locale on the server 3) Explicitly set the server locale to English on the server 4) Install the language on the server
