Forward emails already in cur via new email forwarder
I have an email, cs@domainname.com, and had to create a forwarder, cs@domainname.com, as well so that other we can use a 3rd party platform to manage our customer support email. Is it possible to forward the existing emails in the cur directory to look as if they were forwarded because of the newly created email forwarder? We're using GrooveHQ and need the emails to come as if they were sent directly from the customer and not something that we forwarded after the fact.

It would not be possible to forward email using a forwarder in this manner. The only option you'd have to forward the email is to manually forward them, though I don't believe this is what you're requesting. You may want to contact the provider to find out what their suggestions in regard to this are. 0 -
