Error 403 - Forbbiden

I tried to enter my website, however error 403 appears, when I try to enter Cpanel to modify, does not allow me to do anything, appears only "access denied", likewise does not allow me to view any files from Cpanel

  Unless you are the cPanel license holder, it is doubtful that cPanel will be able to help you directly. You should probably start by contacting the support system from your web-host.   I do agree with @rpvw if you do not have root access to the server, you'll need to contact your provider. If you do have root access, this issue is in many cases indicative of an ownership/permissions issue. What is the output of the following: stat /home/$user/ stat /home/$user/.cpanel/ stat /home/$user/.cpanel/datastore stat /home/$user/.cpanel/datastore/tmp
