The Root Folders in WHM Terminal

WHM--->Server Configuration--->Terminal---> What are all the folders and files in here for latest WHM and Centos 7.7? cpanel3-skel kernelcare-latest-7.rpm perl5 tmp are what I have. Can I delete all but cpanel3-skel? Just want to clean up a little bit.

  What you see there are content of the /root folder. There are much more, if you type: ls -la
  you see all the "hidden" files (that start with a dot). I suggest you don't delete anything unless you know you can delete it.

  I wholeheartedly second @quietFinn's suggestion. Do not delete anything you're not 100% positive you should be removing. If the issue is that you don't have enough space, there are better ways to address it and I'd be happy to help.
