The domain already exists in the user data
Ive read through all the previous posts on this error and I cannot find an issue seeing I do not have shell access to the server and cant run commands on the command line. I am trying to add add-on domains to my server and when it comes to a couple of them i get the domain already exists in userdata. My question is, how do I find out where in the userdata it is. Ive gone through all the domains, the parked domains, the redirects, anything I could think of and couldn't find anything. I am thinking that maybe someone before me had these sites on the server and they weren't completely removed. That is the only thing I could imagine.
So how do I find out where in the userdata these domains are, or find the conflict?
Even better, is there a fix for this problem I am not finding?
Here is the error (domain replaced):
(XID z6n8nw) The domain "example.com" already exists in the userdata.

Without shell access there is nothing you can do to fix this. Contact your hosting provider or anyone with root access 0 -
Hello, @kernow is correct. This indicates that your hosting provider has userdata for the domain on that server already and it could be associated with another account. I'd advise to provide them with the domain name and the exact error/s you're receiving to have them look further into the issue. Thanks! 0
