Domain opens cpanel instead of public_html

Good day, I am migrating to free hosting. I have pointed my A record to the shared ip given by my cpanel on freehosting. However, my instead of my website opening the content, it leads to the cpanel. I also cannot change nameservers as I'm using email services from maddog. Thank you very much for any help.
