mail queue

hello i have a problem by mail queue i can see mail queue manager in my whm and there is more than 1200 message on that now when i run these scripts: /usr/sbin/exim exim -bpc exim -bpc ,.... this show "0" to me i want this work for adding to prtg monitoring

  Hello, What is the search query you're using for the Mail Queue manager? Do you have any 3rd party plugins installed on the server?

  Then you should use: /usr/sbin/exim -bpc -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf

  Yea, if you're using MailScanner it circumvents the standard Mail Queue so you'd need to tell it the specific configuration file as @quietFinn has noted.
