    Hello @hoomanxx, Thank you for contacting cPanel! I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with creating new accounts in the latest cPanel update. When you create a new cPanel account, the cPanel account itself is the default FTP account. You can find the account and its configuration details on the "FTP Accounts" page in cPanel in the "Special FTP Accounts" section. If you are still observing issues, can you provide some additional information about exactly the problem you're observing? For example, when you say that "cPanel does not create the default FTP account," do you mean that you cannot even find it listed in the "Special FTP Accounts" section of the "FTP Accounts" page in cPanel?
