Hi, Is there a way we could migrate our email accounts from Amazon Workmail to WHM/Cpanel without losing any emails? Thanks!

  I don't know Amazon Workmail, but if it supports IMAP you could use IMAPSYNC:

  Imapsync was what I would suggest as well, though I don't know Amazon WorkMail either unfortunately. There are the following tutorials for Imapsync available from us though:
