Packages creation in WHM & syncing to WHMCS

Now I have a question about WHM and the "export" (sync) to WHMCS. We have created some packages in a WHM reseller account. The function in WHMCS to Sync customers works yes. And it also arrives from WHM the reseller customer in the WHMCS. With the package. Is it a WHM attitude that the WHMCS manages to get all products from the WHM? It just doesn't work. Option is obviously given at: Products / servers and then "synchronize". Only then does the customer come with his package. But not a single package itself.

  Hi, WHMCS syncs the data through API that it connects to the WHM. Can you check what previledges you have for the API token in the WHM?

  Which version of WHMCS are you using? TO perform they sync, prior to WHMCS 7.8 you'd need to use the cPanel/WHM Import tool and after v7.8 you'd use the tool listed here: Server Sync Tool - WHMCS Documentation
