AutoSSL for a particular domain on Pending state

AutoSSL is pending for one account, it doesn't have any additional domains. The DCV resulted Ok with the message 'AutoSSL will request a new certificate' and 'The provider "cPanel (powered by Sectigo)""s AutoSSL queue already contains a certificate request for the domain...' . Had run /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user=username and /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check_cpstore_queue --force to clear the queue, the order is still pending and result is 'The certificate is not available.
