IP Migration Wizard questions

Hi, I've read the documentation of the "IP Migration Wizard" but due to it not being too technical and lacking screendumps, a few questions remain: A colocated server with four IP-addresses (one main IP-address (for cPanel), one DNS IP-address and two dedicated IP-addresses) is going to be moved to another network. Due to this all four IP-address are going to be changed. I've read the documentation of the "IP Migration Wizard" and according to it, this is going to be done in two steps: 1) Add the four new IP-addresses into the "IP Migration Wizard" --wait for DNS propagation (48 hrs. or more) 2) Continue the "IP Migration Wizard". Hereby the questions: 1) Is the order in which the new IP-address are being entered important? 2)What is technically done in step 1? E.g. will it already try to load httpd, FTP or another service through any new IP-address before step 2 is executed? 3)How long does step 2 take to run? Thanking you in advance.
