Hello, You should be able to do this using the redirects option in cPanel>>Domains>>Redirects. What didn't work? This adds the redirect rule into the .htaccess for you so it'd be the same process.

Hello Lauren, the redirect is enabled for 3 domains. In follow for example (like in screenshot) 1. domain.com redirect to Website Domains Names & Hosting | Domain.com --> doesn not work - if I try to access domain.com in brower url it does not add the Website Domains Names & Hosting | Domain.com --> does work 3. mail.domain.com redirect to Website Domains Names & Hosting | Domain.com --> does work I hope it is understandable :D Thanks and regards, Duc

I'd deselect wildcard on the redirect to Website Domains Names & Hosting | Domain.com. Based on what you're showing me there should be no reason why it doesn't function, when you attempt to go to domain.com, what is the output in the apache error logs for the redirect? You can find them here: /etc/apache2/logs/error_log

Hello Lauren, I"d deselect wildcard but If I checked the redirect the behaviour is the same. If you want we can do a remote session I could show you the problem. Is this possible on 3. Feb ?

Hello, We can't do remote sessions like that but the wildcard redirect assumes the same file/folder structure is present on the domain forwarded to. Further than that, the apache error logs requested would be helpful to determine why the redirect isn't functioning.
