dkim for server hostname

Trying to setup DKIM for system cpanel accounts. Let's say the server hostname is hostname1.domain.com. Emails like root@hostname1.domain.com, or useraccount@hostname1.domain.com are not DKIM signed, and I've not figured out how to do this. Please advise

  Isn't it in WHM -> Email -> Email Deliverability ?

  Why yes, it is. Not sure why I wasn't seeing it, other than I'd just gotten home from an 8 hour drive. Must be some other issue.
