Server rewind not working

A client of mine has accidentally deleted a few mailbox folders. I tried restoring them via server rewind but it does not work! Any other suggestions? Would it be possible to restore them via the full backups I regularly get from the server? Thanks in advance

  Hello, It sounds like you're using your hosting provider's plugin for backups - cPanel/WHM do not make any feature called Server Rewind. If you have full backups taken by cPanel you can upload one and restore by file/directory by going to cPanel>>Files>>File and Directory Restoration.

  Hi! I tried something similar but it did not work: Extracted all files locally from an old backup Recreated the missing mailbox from within file manager Recreated dbox-Mails folder inside the new mailbox Uploaded dovecot.index.cache Uploaded dovecot.index.log Items are now showing up, but with invalid address/no subject. I shall somehow restore specific mails (.m files) from the storage folder, but I cannot correlate which are which! Any help?
