Cannot configure outlook but webmail can send/receive email

Hi, I can send/receive email using webmail but I want to configure in Outlook, I got error message as screenshot. I do telnet command from localhost (via ssh) it is connected but from my local PC cannot connect. My Firewall in remote server is OFF. Please help. Thanks
