php 7.3 dont work with Wordpress through MYSQL issue

problem began cause I realize, that impossible to upload photos to my website domain.com, based on WordPress. Shows internal error 500, Says imposible to edit image, it`s bigger than 2500pix. Although, it doesn`t takes nothing more 200kb. but takes 200kb 4000px. Happens after updating all versions. WordPress support advise to change php to 7.3 (i run 5.6). When i switch to 7.0 or higher, site don`t work. Error 500, version php don`t support MYSQL, needed for WordPress.

  Can you please paste the exact error you're receiving here? Furthermore, is an error added to the apache error log? You'd be able to see this by going to cPanel>>Metrics>>Errors

  What does the error_log file in your wordpress install directory say?
