I am unable to send and receive emails from Webmail

I am not able to send and receive emails. Most of the emails shows in progress and they never get delievered. Most of the email that I send has this message-

all hosts for 'gmail.com' have been failing for a long time (and retry time not reached)

I would appreciate if someone can help me to troubleshoot this issue? P.S I am hosting reseller and I don't have access to server. I have asked the server owner they said everything is fine at their end.

  Typically when you get these kinds of messages it indicates you've not got your SPF/DKIM or PTR record added correctly. The suggestions here are relevant for this issue as well: How to Keep Your Email Out of the Spam Folder | cPanel & WHM Documentation

  Thanks Lauren But I don't have an access to my centOS Server as I am just a reseller. Can you have a look on my DNS settings. Is there anything to do with DNS Zone setting or MX records?

  Hello, You should not need access to WHM to add these. If you check the documentation I sent you, there are instructions to add these using the cPanel Interface, specifically cPanel>>Email>>Email Deliverability
