Email Accounts Missing from Cpanel

The email accounts button is missing from my cpanel ... all other buttons are there, but email accounts is where i would be able to control the size of the inbox check webmail of all accounts and see configuration among other things. I have checked the forums i am using paper lantern - so not sure what to do to get that button back?

  Hello, If that button is missing then it would likely be disabled in the feature list associated with the package assigned to the account. You can check this by going to WHM>>Packages>>Feature Manager -> Select Feature List -> check the Email Accounts feature

  i cant send mail Warning: mail() has been disabled for security reasons haw to solve this please?
