cPhulk affects on TTFB?

Hello, It is possible impact cPhulk on TTFB? This should not affect but our client had a bad TTFB. We cleaned over 30k record in cPhulk and now the TTFB is better. Best regards

  Generally, cpHulk should not impact web site performance. cpHulk could have had an issue causing high CPU usage, but otherwise I would not expect the two to be related. Note that TTFB can vary significantly due to network conditions. I rarely rely on one-off tests but setup regular, global testing and look at averages. If using tools like webpagetest.org, I set the number of tests to run to 5. Then in the results, I use the middle result, since WPT will order them according to their speed. If using GTmetrix, consider setting up a regular probe to help rule out issues.
