WHM License change IP address

I plan to move my VPS to another VPS that will make IP address changes. How to change my current IP address on my WHM license to a new IP address. How long does it take to process?

  You need to contact wherever you bought your license from to get them to change the IP. The change is instant once they do it.

  @GOT is correct, if you bought your license directly from cPanel you'll need to contact cs@cpanel.net to have this updated.
