SMTP roundcube send mail error.

There is no problem in incoming mail. But there is an error in outgoing mail. WHM e-mail queue is displayed. I am the root manager. I host my server google cloud. A new server. A clean whm was installed. Mail is coming, but it is not. Where am I making mistakes.
