Strange WHM & cPanel Access Issue

I cannot access WHM or any cPanel on my new laptop. I even tried from AMP and tried Root Access. I can access all of it just fine from any other computer/device on my network, both hard lined and WIFI. I turned off my firewall & virus protection and that didn't help. I've tried from Chrome and got this message: This page isn"t working server.my_domain.com didn"t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE It also gets an error message using Microsoft Edge. I can access the websites and WP, just not WHM/cPanels. I even tried a host file mod to no avail. Please help me figure out what I have to do to fix this.

  Hello, My Assumption would be that you don't have an A record in place for the hostname, none the less does the issue persist if you navigate to cPanel/WHM by one of the following alternate methods?

  I tried both of these (with my info): https://domain.tld:2087 and niether worked.

  I pinged the IP and it worked fine: 3 packets transmitted, 3 received, 0% packet loss, time 2002ms rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 62.880/62.948/63.021/0.057 ms
