Edit DNS Zone and new DNS Zone Manager search is wildcarding
The old Edit DNS Zone and the new DNS Zone Manager does wildcard the search. For example if we have many subdomains for domain.tld and we type the domain.tld to the search we also get all the subdomains as result. If there is thousands of subdomains it is really hard to find the domain.tld from the results.
Is there anyway to disable the wildcarding and just search by the exact string? For example if we type domain.tld we would only get the domain.tld and not anything else?

The only way to do this would be to search with the exact subdomain. It's pretty expected for domain.tld to pull up all the subdomains that include that string. 0 -
Yes but we want to search for only the domain.tld not any of the subdomains. Now when the domain.tld has thousands of subdomains it is quite hard to find the domain.tld from the list. Would be great if we could stop wildcarding before the domain so searching domain would bring list of domain.tld1, domain.tld2, domain.tld3 etc and not also sub1.domain.tld1, sub2.domain.tld1, sub3.domain.tld2 etc. Or if there would be way to go directly to managing the DNS zone for domain when it is known? 0 -
I found following solutions to this. With following additions to the WHM URL after cpsess string you can access directly the edit for the given domain. Old Edit DNS Zone: /cgi/zoneeditor.cgi?domainselect=domain.tld New DNS Zone Manager: /scripts7/zone_editor/manage/?domain=domain.tld 0
