I would suggest contacting your provider for assistance with this. As a website owner you wouldn't have the access necessary to resolve this issue.

I have root acount in the whm, and ssh.

Hello, Ahh ok, your profile indicates you're a website owner which would be a user without root access. Can you try running the following which installs the perl module and let me know if the issue persists? /scripts/perlinstaller Statistics::Descriptive
