httpd dead but subsys locked

Hi, I've just update WHM to v84.0.21 yesterday night. After that httpd suddenly stopped. I went to server by root account and run a check `service httpd status` and got back the message: `httpd dead but subsys locked` I've tried various way to resolve problem, including: - Submit a ticket to cPanel. And now still stuck. - Read the log from /var/log/apache2/error_log and fix the warning - Remove/change pid path from /var/lock/apache2/httpd.pid .... But it doesn't help. The cPanel supporter tell me to ask Hypervisor run `yum update` since i cannot access it. But i don't know how to tell them that. Any idea is appreciated. Thank you for reading on my trouble.

  Hello, Can you provide the ticket ID so I can have some context of what was discussed with the support staff?

  Hi Kill all Apache process and use below method 1. rm -f /var/lock/subsys/httpd 2. Remove httpd.pid from following path "/var/run/apache2" 3. Restart webserver. Regards
