Cpanel v86.0.4 - HTTP ERROR 500 when access 1st on roundcube.
Dear Support Team,
My server is using Cpanel v86.0.4, when access to any user mail account by click on check mail => open roundcube the first time, I've got error:
This page isn"t working
x.x.x.x is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Hi Lauren, I don't have customizations to the cPanel theme and webmail interface. This is the only error output relate to this error. Access by Horde theme is normal, just error first time login with roundcube like I said before. 0 -
Hello, I was referring specifically to errors in the cPanel error log in my previous response. Can you please provide me the full log information related to this if there are further logged errors. 0
